Stanly County Sheriff’s Office reports the following activity:

Jessup Whiteford Thompkins, 21, was arrested on misdemeanor charge of assault inflicting serious injury and misdemeanor larceny at South Third Street, Albemarle, Nov.3.

Joanna Nicole Wirth, 19, was arrested on a felony charge of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute marijuana, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute methamphetamine, misdemeanor simple possession of schedule IV controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and felony flee/elude arrest at Austin Road/Canton Road, Albemarle, Nov. 3.

Daniel Shane Clark, 23, was arrested on felony charge of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute marijuana, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute methamphetamine, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance, misdemeanor simple possession of schedule IV controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia, misdemeanor possession drug paraphernalia at Austin Road/Canton Road, Albemarle, Nov. 3.

Samantha Nicole Massey, 34, was arrested and charged with felony trafficking opium or heroin, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver heroin and felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance at South Second Street, Albemarle, Nov. 3.

Justice Dewayne Bruton, 24, was arrested and charged with felony possession of stolen firearm and felony possession of firearm by felon at Young Street, Norwood, Nov. 3.

Pawel Zawadka, 26, was cited on a charge of possession of marijuana paraphernalia at NC 24/Leonard Avenue, Albemarle, Nov. 4.

Toby Joe Burris, 41, was arrested on misdemeanor charge of larceny at Old Wyatt Road, Albemarle, Nov. 5.

Jarrett Lee Rippey, 37, was arrested on felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance, misdemeanor simple possession of schedule IV controlled substance, felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at NC 24-27/Converse Road, Endy, Nov.5.

Bobby Ray Bullard, 28, was arrested on felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor simple possession schedule III controlled substance, misdemeanor simple possession schedule IV controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at Springdale/US 52, Albemarle, Nov. 5.

Marsadees Alea-nichoal Miller, 25, was cited on a misdemeanor charge of simple possession schedule IV controlled substance and cited for charge of possession of drug paraphernalia at Springdale Road/US 52, Albemarle, Nov. 5.

Cameron Lewis Cagle, 25, was arrested on charge of felony possession of methamphetamine at NC 24-27 Bypass W/Monticello Drive, Albemarle, Nov. 6.

Michael Edward Gwaltney, 44, was arrested on felony charge of identity theft and felony obtaining property by false pretense at South Main Street, Norwood, Nov. 6.

Madison Bailey Craig, 21, was cited on charge of possession of marijuana up to half an ounce at US 52 South, Norwood, Nov. 8.

Joshua Lynn Coley, 22, was cited on charge of possession of marijuana up to half an ounce at US 52 South, Norwood, Nov. 8.

Doris Ann Nickerson, 54, was cited on charge of possession of drug paraphernalia at NC 24-27 Bypass West, Albemarle, Nov. 8.

Tammy Lynnette Provost, 48, was arrested on felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at NC 24-27, Oakboro, Nov. 11.

William Arthur Simpler, 51, was arrested on felony possession of stolen firearm and felony possession of cocaine at NC 24-27, Oakboro, Nov. 11.

Ashley Whitley, 30, was arrested on misdemeanor charge of assault and battery at Willie Road, Richfield, Nov. 11.

Kevin Bernard Almond, 48, was arrested on felony charge of abuse of disabled or elderly serious injury at Bost Road, Albemarle, Nov. 12.

Jessica Laura Medlin-coley, 30, was arrested on felony charge of possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at NC 200, Locust, Nov. 13.

Clayvon Kevin Eudy, 36, was arrested on felony charge of possession methamphetamine, misdemeanor simple possession schedule III controlled substance and misdemeanor possession schedule IV controlled substance at St. Martin Church Road, Oakboro, Nov. 14.

Beda Baza Martinez, 32, was arrested on felony possession of cocaine at US 52 South, Norwood, Nov. 15.

Corey Randall Brien, 33, was arrested on felony possession of heroin at Atrium Stanly, Albemarle, Nov. 15.

Harley Renee Ratliff, 26, was arrested on felony charge of maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance, felony trafficking opium or heroin, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia and misdemeanor possession drug paraphernalia at North Main Street, Norwood, Nov. 15.

Beda Baza Martinez, 32, was arrested on charge of felony possession of cocaine at US 52 South, Norwood, Nov. 15.

Corey Randall Brien, 33, was arrested on charge of felony possession of heroin at Atrium Stanly, Albemarle, Nov. 15.

Maurice Daniel Smith, 23, was arrested on felony charge of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana up to half an ounce and misdemeanor possession drug paraphernalia at NC 24-27, Albemarle, Nov. 17.
